Hi Guys.

Wondered if someone can help, im looking for a set of clippers for my Girlfriend for Christmas. Budget is really around £150.00 which i know arnt gona buy me the most amazing ones

Ive been following Heiniger Delta 3's, Eventer Horse Clippers from Masterclip, Heiniger Progress and Heiniger Handy as well as some liverman ones.

I think the aim is for some that are not too heavy, mains powered and suitable for a fair bit of clipping. (she ends up doing whole yard once she starts :?)

At the mo, she borrows some off a woman down the yard, which are an older set of Heiniger Progress ones and she likes them.

I have found these which to me look like Heiniger Deta 3's but without the branding and premium in price, any one tired these? or have any opinions on whether they rekon they would be o.k or break straight away?

You are a sweetheart for trying. Unfortunately, I don't have an answer for you. I don't live in your country. But just wanted to remark for the effort you put in to support your girl! Wish there were more like you around here.

thanks for your comments, im getting better .... monty roberts head collar and tickets for when he was doing his uk tour also went down well

just dont wana take gamble of cheaper clippers and then them break straight away

Agreed, you get my "good boyfriend" award. However, I live in the US so can't help you with UK brand either.

I somewhat resemble the "she ends up doing the whole yard once she starts."

We have a lot of UK members, I hope someone wil come along that can help you.
