Hey.. Ok, so I have this problem where I don't point my toes in more towards the horse, I point them out. My trainer says to point them and and I know that will help my posting problem, and it will also help my jumping form. But also, I have seen a lot of people in an the arena, people in pictures, and in videos where their toes are pointing out like I do. Is that normal and is just something I need to get used to? Help please. I what to know if there are exercises I could do at home to help me fix my toes. Thanks! =)

Your hip angle is closed hence why your toes point out. So before you get on the horse do some exercises to open up your hip angles. Doing this won't just help your toes but will allow you to have a deeper more stable seat.

I used to have this same problem so I definitly understand! Toes pointed out a little bit are ok but when they are all out your knees can't come in proper contact with the saddle. For jumping your toes are suppost to point out a little more over the jump itself. A way I found to fix this is to grip the saddle slightly more with your knees and a little more calf. You don't want a crazy death grip but you don't want floppy legs either. Hope this helped! :D
