Since the recent website update, chat is kinda empty. I think it's because of a couple reasons, one being that there's no shoutbox so people can't post things like "come to chat!", another being there's no obvious link that I see to chat on the forum, so only people who regularly visit know to go to the URL.

I think it would be helpful and more fun for all users if you put a link to chat on the top dark green bar (Home, Forums, etc) at the end or made it more obvious to users in some way.

Now maybe more will see it.

If things aren't really visible - as in hitting you in the face visible - then they won't get used
People won't go searching around for stuff that they don't know exists or think has simply been removed from use

That'd be the ideal place in my opinion. Almost everyone looks there, and I'm sure some people don't even know there's a chat room because the link is fairly hidden away.
