I guess the question is why were you thinking of going english? If you wanted to get into showing or jumping, then you want a bonafide english saddle. If you were thinking of general riding or trail riding, then you can go the aussie route. I've got all three styles of saddles, by the way, and I don't think you'd be disappointed if you wanted the aussie for trail riding.
I can't say for sure about the quality of that particular saddle but there are some cheapies out there that don't hold up to rough handling and they may not be comfortable to horse and/or rider. Nonetheless, the saddle doesn't look that bad. Plus, at that price and assuming it fits your horse, you could certainly get the saddle and then later down the road purchase a better quality aussie if you decide that's the way you want to go.
