So Ice's birthday is on Wednesday, (he'll be 12!) and because I'm such a horrible mommy, I'm going to dress him up in a hat and take embarrassing pictures, lol. But does any one have some good horse-friendly cake-ish ideas? Since he's boarded, a simple bran mash is out. I found this recipe online for 'birthday cake' but I think it will make him a little nutty.....

4 cups of sweet feed or oats
1 cup of molasses or honey
2 Carrots cut into carrot sticks
1 Apple cut into slices
