So, I'm trying to add a post one old thread. The message which ensures that I really want to revive that thread asks me to "check the box below the Quick Reply box before submitting your post."

The problem is that I can't see any box which I should check below that Quick Reply post before submitting. Where is it?

It looks like our recent update caused the check box to disappear, TaMMa89. We've gone ahead and added it back. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.
