Since there are regular threads on hoof boots here, thought people might be interested that Scoot Boots finally just released studs for winter riding:
Seems like most other brands offer them, and these don't look very different from other brands. I saw a set listed for sale for $30, which gets you 20 studs. May give them a try as we are already having ice on the ground here. There will be a point in the year that it gets too cold and the footing gets too dicey so I won't ride much. But I'm intrigued by adding these. If others try them too, would be curious to hear how they do for you.

I I would also like to see some ideas/opinions on them, we live in Southern Ont and it was 0 F this am so might be looking at a cold long winter, probably with lots of ice so maybe something like that would enable us to do more winter riding.
Often winter riding could be a lot of road riding and that can be pretty pretty slippery
