Okay so, added to my wanting to eat a bit healthier, I'm also wanting to work out a bit when I have the time. I realize jogging and speed walking are great ways to get out and get fit but what about other things?
I'm wanting to become more limber than I am so maybe a few cheerleaders/ gymnasts types can give some simple stretches that ANYONE can do.
I'm not wanting something that only the fit people can do, I want simple, easy work outs that even the most out of shape person can do.

Let me know what you guys do, step by step, to work on certain areas on your body. What you do to work on cardio and what helps you to stick with it! Again, I dont want a 3 hour routine! Something simple that takes less than 30minutes to complete!

I have a workout book that I'm following. It has yoga and pilates to do. Once I find it, I'll let you know more on what to do. =]
