I've been mulling over this question for days. I currently have a Blackberry Curve, and as much as I love having my e-mail, internet and everything so handy, my phone freezes a lot and it really bothers me! I just can't decide if making the switch would be worth it. Anyone tried out both phones, and have any good advice? Or any iPhone users out there who can finally convince me to get one, so I can stop wasting my time going "I want one, no I don't. I want one, no I don't.. or do I?" haha.
Thanks in advance. :)

I've owned cell phones for over 20 years. I've changed phones regularly every year or so always looking for the best one. I've had other Smart phones but bought an iphone when they first came out and I'm now on my second one - passing the first one to my wife. My two sons have the 3rd generation iphone, also having bought the first generation phone when they first came out.

I've looked at others just for comparison and they all come up lacking. I'm hooked on the iphone.

I love my iPhone!
I don't think I'll ever be able to change to a different company now that I have it. I've had phones from LG, Nokia, Sony Ericsson and the iPhone is by far the best <3

Thanks guys. :)
Can you set your emails/facebook notifications to come directly to your iphone, or do you have to go online and log in?

I have 3 email accounts that come directly to my phone but don't have a FB account so I can't tell you about that feature.

Thanks so much! I looked on Apple's website and there is a Facebook app so I am guessing that it would tell you if you had a notification. I am definitely thinking of getting one, my phone company approved me for the hardware upgrade so I am excited!
Thanks again! :)

Not to jack your thread but I've heard bad things about the screens breaking easily, is there any truth to that? I want one but I work construction and it seems like a bad idea.

AT&T but I understand that their contract is getting ready to expire in a year or so.

I'm in the middle of nowhere, so I guess that doesn't help me. I believe we only have Verizon and Alltel.

I first hand to mention I am a very bias user. I will ONLY use apple. I had promised myself tho, that I would never take the leap into the smart phone generation...of course like everyone else I did and I havent looked back since. The phone does have some settle problems but they are always easily correctable and there is also always a very good reason for it(update usually not done).

I know a total of 5 paramedics who I work with who have all made the jump from their blackberries to the iPhone and all of them absolutely love it. Most of out doctors here also use it.

I took mine in France a year ago and it was the most AMAZING thing I could have done. Had excellent service(better than a lot of local carriers), and never had problems with it.

It is a pricey little machine but you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend the iPhone to anyone.
