Hello,

I've been riding for quite a while and have decided I want top boots as my chaps are no longer appropriate. I live in Australia and there aren't many options. I recently turned 18 and went to get fitted for boots and was told that none would really fit me. I'm quite short and the lady suggested to get custom made boots. I was wondering where I could get these from? And also people's experiences with them.

Custom made boots are that, custom made to your foot. Don't let anyone convince you to do this by submitting a bunch of measurements. The bootmaker needs to see you and watch you walk and he will make minor adjustments that will make you think, ah, I can't describe it. Wonderful. A good bootmaker will take your age into consideration.
