I'm at an impasse. I bought a turtleneck/shoulder guard in attempts to kill two birds with one stone. 1. To prevent blanket rubs, and 2. To tame a section of Fri's mane. She just so happened to rub the unruly part of her mane to 1-2 inches this summer. You know, sticking her head through the fence. I use MTG, so it's grown to be about 2-4 inches now. The sleazy fits, problem is, when I put it on all the hair is to the left, and when I take it off, the section that I want to be on the right has worked it's way back to being on the left. I think it's because it is still too short. Any tips or suggestions? It's so short, I don't even know if I can braid it. What would you do?

Here is the best pic I have to describe the funkiness of what is going on. Thanks in advance!
