soaking bags

We are currently treating Monty for an abscessed hoof and the vet gave us a couple of heavy duty IV bags to use when we soak his foot. We use duct tape to hold it on, and it has been working great, but one got a hole in the side and we had to throw it out. Any suggestions on other items that make a good soaking bag? I know they sell soaking boots, but right now I'm looking for a cheap durable alternate.
Thanks!

I use two gallon sized storage baggies one inside the other with duct tape. Only lasts one round of soaking but you can usually find them at the dollar store or Wal-Mart for cheap.

I used the large (10"x10" I think) FREEZER ziploc bags, they're heavier duty, and cover the outside in duct tape, like so....
