Her name is Fancy She started leveling out some and then her butt shot back up lol. Her mane is so light it's almost white.

Thanks again everyone! I'm hoping in the next few months she will level back out lol! She is 13hh at the withers but I decided not to measure her hip to see exactly HOW off she is. It must be the feed or something because my gelding had been pretty level for a few months and now his butt is in the air again.. though not as much as hers! And he is from a late to mature bloodline so another growth spurt was to be expeceted I guess.

As for her personality... she's a mare. MOST of the time she is the sweetest little thing but she does have her moments and when she has a moment she gets pretty testy.
