Southern States Equine Feed Recall: Expanded

Cargill is recalling almost a dozen Southern States equine feeds including Legends Sport Horse.Cargill’s animal nutrition division expands its voluntary recall of Southern States equine feed due to elevated aflatoxin levels. The toxin comes from moldy corn which can poison your horse to death.
The Cargill recall includes 11 Southern States equine feeds. Included are Southern States Reliance (P), Southern States Reliance (T), Southern States Legends Sport Horse, Southern States Legends Sport Horse Plus, Southern States Legends Growth Pelleted, Southern States Legends Growth Textured, Southern States Triple 10, Southern States Solution, Select Plus (P), Southern States Select Plus (T), and LTD 12% Sweet Feed. The lot numbers for each are included below.
In cases of acute aflatoxicosis, equines may go off their feed, have bloody diarrhea, and die within days. In addition, aflatoxin toxicity can cause weight loss, liver damage, jaundice, hemorrhage, and eventually death. For more details, read below.
The company states it’s investigating what it calls a “small number” of adverse event reports since the initial recall earlier this month.
The expanded horse feed recall includes products manufactured between October 31, 2018, and March 1, 2019. The products were manufactured at Cargill’s Cleveland, North Carolina facility. Although, they’re being recalled from retail outlets and distributors along the east coast. The states included are Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, and West Virginia.
If you believe your horse is sick due to poisoned horse feed, call your veterinarian immediately. Then file a report with the FDA.

If you have livestock of any variety, the recall is also now affecting some of those products too..
I found a list of the exact horse foods, lot numbers and production dates...

Saw this on FB today but the table was an exhaustive list of all feeds not just equine. Thanks for paring it down. I have friends that feed SS feeds.
