**$125 montly, small outdoor riding arena, plenty of trails out back located close to Town**
**Co-op board, must take either 1 turn in and turn out or 2 turn ins or out**
**must provide own hay, feed, bedding**
**tack area provided and small warming room.**
**must be dog and cat person**
