Cpoied from the Spruce Meadows website... Just wanted it to get some more exposure!
"Early this morning Spruce Meadows was contacted by the Calgary Police Service to assist in containing and capturing a horse that was wandering through the streets of south west Calgary. The young horse was originally reported to police on Southland Drive and 24th Street SW. After touring east on Southland Drive to the Pump Hill area the horse was finally contained in Braeside where he was assessed and transported out to an isolation facility at Spruce Meadows, where the Provincial Livestock Identification Services Agency took possession late this morning.
The young gelding is branded and has four white socks and a blaze which should assist authorities with identification and locating the owner."
