No clue what brand or anything about them but I know they have something similar in the jockey room at Churchill Downs. I've seen them on TV when they do interviews during the KY Derby.

I think those are called Equisizers and they are more barrel shaped and have a horse head on it. I would love to have the equisizer, but they are 2 grand and up

google the Equisizer. The basic model is 2 grand. They can be programmed for jumping , racing, cutting etc , mimic the movement of a horse. Some are very expensive.
