hey ya'll! I was wondering if ANY of ya'll could help me? Ive been looking for a while for different ways to train a horse to trick ride. I have 2 horses, both geldings. King, is my "trick" horse, not "trick riding". He does lots of tricks and my other horse smoke would be perfect for trick riding. I just need some ideas of how to train either one of them to trick ride. Thanks!:-o

Probably not something you want to tackle on your own, especially if you're not experienced.

You could look for a trainer that teaches vaulting. Horses that are using for vaulting will need a lot of the same skills as a trick riding horse.

what do you mean by "trick riding" what kind of tricks are you talking about. are you talk about vaulting, or are you talking about teaching your horse to rear, lay down and that kind of thing?
