Udder cleaning what do you use

One of my mare's for what ever reason this year has crud buildup between her udder. It is really bothering her as she always wants me to scratch her and will lift her back legs up like a dog and then stare at me. What can I use to give her a good washing?

Any gentle cleaner you have you would use on you you can use on her...
Nothing with "grit" in it....
Warm water and a soft cloth...a body wash product, pH-balanced hair care product, dish-washing soap, even liquid hand soap.
Even using something like Excalibur for sheath is the same principle...gentle cleaning.
The secret is rinsing all residue away completely....lots of rinsing.
Those were some of the products I used on my mare years ago and never had a negative reaction on skin or threat from her that it was to strong on her sensitive skin.

I don't even use a wash - just warm clean water and baby wipes. Keep going until they come back clean. I tried sponges, washcloths etc 1) she hated their texture and would tell me off and 2) could never get as clean as I do with baby wipes. I then slather on sudocrem (zinc/nappy rash cream for babies) literally on all the soft skin, udder and belly button to protect from flies. Because sudocrem so thick I wash her every other day to get the old stuff off and don't like to use any products that might upset her ph. It really is only while the midges are hell otherwise just check regularly, wash only as needed. I don't have a hose - another reason I can't soap her up because rinsing her properly up there would be a nightmare. She is squeaky clean now, never has crud and 10x more comfortable. I've made a promise myself to be more on top of it during the muddy weather too.
