I ride a couple different color horses (gray, chestnut, and bay) and I am trying to pick out a color for that will go with pretty much all colors of horses. Any suggestions? I was thinking maybe red?

i think purple, just cause the BO at the barn i ride at does not approve of red on checnuts, haha i personally think it looks nice, but i really love purple on any color!

Black. Simple, easy, classic, goes with any colored horse and can go with any colored accessories you want to use.

Hmm well I all ready have some dark green stuff, I do like dark blue and purple a lot too.

I am simply going to have to get everything in each color since I can't decide!

You should have your saddlery ( bridles / saddles etc ) in BLACK. It goes with almost any other colour and will suit almost all horse colours. It is also easy to add to, there are always differences in browns ( I know , I get 3 different browns from 3 suppliers that are called the same colour ) , added to which browns will fade slightly in time or will darken if oiled ( DON'T ever oil your tack - but I know people do )
