Not sure where to post this, but here will do.
Does anyone know how to vault on a horse (in a track saddle)?
I need to be able to do it as part of my TAFE course and I just dont have a spring in me to be able to get on.
Anyone have tips / techniques?
Or is it just pratice, practice, pratice until I get on?
I feel like a goob when I can get my leg anywhere near the horses back. :lol:
