I am leasing a very sweet appendix quarter horse from a lady near by. I am very fond of the horse and the is horse fond wiht me but i would like to get even more close to the horse. I ride her and she is fine and she lets me do a lot of things with her but I want to be able to trust the horse and the horse completly trust me as well. I feel like i can get closer to the horse though because the lady i am leasing her from I feel is continuously spying on me and it is a bit annoying. I can take the horse off the property and ride her without the lady there but while i am working with her on the property and getting her ready I feel like there is constintely eyes on me and the lady is nice but a tad bit annoying whenever i get there and vice versa..
I am going to move the horse to a boarding place on monday because the lady is moving so i was feeling a bit releived. I \now found out that she wants us to call her everytime we go over there so she can come as well. The lady is very "know-it-all"ish and never pays attention to the horse as it is so it frustrates me a little bit. What do i do?...
If the lady wants to come check and make sure the horse is ok from time to time i dont have any problems with that because i would do the same..but everyday!!!! I dont know if i can stand seeing her everyday still...
plz help...

there is a lot more things that she does that is extrmely irratating that is too long to explain and i dont even know if i would explain it right...
yes i have a written lease and it is a full lease as well..i think she would sell it too me because she is moving and i am not sure she even has a place to stay right now, (which i am very sensitive too, and she also says she is gald she is seperating the horse i am leasing and the other one she owns because of a maternal bond between the two that she cant move forward with her horse trainning of the other one she ones...but i never thought of that...i think im going to try all the comments posted and if all else fails i will either end up with the sneaky way or the not calling way..thank you all so much for your advice it is greatly appriceated...thank you!

ya i have been looking into buying my own lately..the lady has been telling me that all of her shots and ferrier things have been done...i think different and the lady were i board her now thinks different too and i feel that the lady i am leasing her from is lying to us because she said she had all of it done a week ago...now i feel bad because i want whats best for the horse and i want the horse to be loving life not in pain with her hooves and not up to date on her shots...the place i am borading her at says they can do it for me for a good price but the lady that i am leasing her at insists its been done so she wont let me...its getting extremely irrating but i dont want to give up on the horse or leave her with the crazy lady that isnt taking care of her stuff..
thats the recent problems with the owner..
i have tried talking to her a little bit but like i said she thinks she knows everything and is extremely stubborn..
the horse loves me and walks right up to me and not the owner and it melts my heart...and im worried about her...but all this worrying is causing saddness and anger toward the owner because i cant make sure the horse is healthy wihtout her permission..

so new news on the boarding situation..
the lady where we are boarding the horse and the owner got into a big arguement because the owner was being rude,disrespectful, and not corroporating with the boarding lady..so there was drama with them and then,because both kept calling and complaining and acting childish i told the borading lady to let the owner take the horse and i would end my lease...i love the horse but i cant take all the risks (espically if she is going every morning doing round pin work and etc because i didnt know she was going over there until this day and if anything happens to the horse the owner is the type that will try and blame it on me and i do nothing but love the horse,train etc..) i weould bever hurt her or over over work her...
so we looked at a horse this morning and i think were gunna buy him only $500 and we checked himm out medically etc he is so goregous!..

thank you everybody...ya we found a horse that does a million things hes sooo amazing...his name is cesear and he is a gleding thoroughbred chestnut/sorrel coloring...hes gorgoeous and the biggest sweety...i will definitly put pictures up here of him as soon as i figure out how to do it ..since ijm new to this thing....and i rode him before i bought him and that was a bout a week ago and i rode him this morning(but see him everyday of course i cant stay away from him haha)..riding him this morning felt amazing...i felt so much closer to him then i have ever felt to anything it felt like magic!!!!!...i can not even begin to say how much i love this horse!...if anybody knows about race or show horse's his name is caro's whisper(that is his race and show name the man i bought him from just called him cesear though)...and he is the son of cozzene and navtie whisper...i promise ill put pics up here soon!...
