1) Get up.
2) Canter to the other side of the room and canter back.
3) What lead were you on?
4) Try the other lead.

Which was easier for you?

I favor my right lead. I am a very right dominant person.

Left lead . Which also happens to be the one that is 'easier' for me when i'm riding . if that makes any sense haha

I must admit, I canter around a lot (when no one is around, I promise!) and I have "trained" myself to switch to the correct lead when turning around, etc. LOL, I don't remember which lead is more natural for me.

Hehehehehe! There is no shame in admitting you canter, BUT.... do you hold your hands properly when you do so? Keep your chin up? Tell yourself whoa and pat your thigh to praise yourself?

Not that *I* do any of this, of course....

I do occasionally do the hands..but no woah or patting xD
I do also practice various dressage movements, though...=D
