I am thinking about selling my 9yr old QH mare What would you be willing to pay if you were interested. I'm not looking for an exact price just an estimate to see if it would be worth selling her and possibly looking for a new mount

when we bought her we were told she was registed and had Zippo Pine Bar in her bloodlines but we never got papers so its not for sure

It was my first time ever showing and we placed 4th out of 8 in western grooming and showmanship jr @ the 4-H county show and 4th out of 4 in W/T equitation (all the horses were acting up that day and i've never taken western lessons only english)
She has been said to have a nice head and "that old fashion QH look"
Is great when riding in an arena (indoor or outdoor) or round pen, and anywhere away from the barn, when she is riding near the barn though she really likes to stay near the barn

Check some of the horse classified sites like dreamhorse.com and equine.com you can search by breed, state and abilities. It really makes a difference where you are on horse prices. Without the papers expect to get less though.
One more thing, remember its always easier to buy a horse than it is to sell one :wink:

i have checked many similar sites before but i dont think some of the prices are reasonable considering i would be making a couple hundred bucks from when i bought her. also i dont think that i can find a similarly trained horse or at least not one thats admitted to be
