VRtack.com..... m mom got some really cheap breeches from there, they are really comfortable to!!
Well there is that age old addage "You get what you pay for." LOL. I checked your links and the things I would buy from Dover, are just as expensive at the other sites. Since we are talking about apparel and I like buying things suitable for the show ring. When its too old and worn it becomes "schooling" apparel.Wow, y'all must have a lot of money to burn.
I rarely buy from Dover or State Line because they're far too expensive, and I've never bought from SmartPak.
Yea but I consider that Smart/Bargain shopping, like when I buy $200 breeches for $18 and they look like they've never been worn, or a $500 show jacket for $160. Because the brand is still quality, but the price is to die for. Same thing can be said about horses, especially in this market. You could pick up a 100% broke horse, no major comformation flaws, decent age, and a lot of times even papered at Auction for less then $500. In the 90's you couldn't even dream of that lol. That old adage has many exceptions to the rule, BTW. My latest horse cost me not one penny to buy, but he's by far the nicest animal I've owned in the last 20 years.
Dover has AWESOME sales and close-outs on very high quality stuff (I'm not talking just about cloth, but also bridles, pads,... I got some stuff 60-70% off, I couldn't beat the price anywhere on internet). I buy from valleyvet and jeffersequine too all the time (blankets, supplements, dewormers, boots, etc.), but just not what I put on my butt or my tack. I always want to see/feel the quality before I throw money in. With Dover I can go and try 10 breeches or touch 10 pads and decide which one I like. :wink:Wow, y'all must have a lot of money to burn.

I also won't buy tack/riding apparel off ebay, because you never know what the quality of an item is until you actually get it.
Here are some of the websites I frequent:
Horse Tack, Horse Blankets, Horse Bits, Breyer Horses, Riding Breeches, Horse Grooming Supplies
Equestrian Collections Riding Apparel
Schneider Saddlery
Equine Supplies, Horse Supplies, Horse Supply
Horse Supplies, Cattle Supplies, Pet Supplies - American Livestock and Pet Supply, Inc.
Pet Supplies, Dog Supplies, Horse Supplies, Horse Tack, Farm Supplies - Valley Vet Supply
Not all of them have riding apparel, but the first three are great for getting things on sale, and the last three are good for supplies, saddles, supplements, etc.
