dressage tips please!

Hello guys!
I'm obviously new on here; I'm really into dressage at the minute with my 15hh 11yo hafflinger. I was wondering if any of you have any tips about getting more accurate transitions or keeping a better outline as our canter transitions are very laboured and heavy currently! :( thankyou!

im knew here 2 :))
so you have problems with cantering? well with my pony i have a cob, gyspy vanner horse, and hes really with cantering, my instuctor says 2 me to give him a BIG PONY CLUB KICK! to let him know who is boss and she means the whole hog - leegs off the saddle.
sometimes when it doesnt work well, we get some spare people (helpers around the barn) to chase him around with a whip and whip him in the bottom!!! *OuCH*!!!
but try it if you wanna! ;))

bye friend, good luck
sasha xx
