Greetings from Germany.

Hi all, I wanted to introduce myself to you all. Clipsje is my horses home name, my own name is Rina. I'm born Dutch and living in Germany (Europe) Therefore I'm using 3 languages, so please forgive spelling mistakes

I've had horses almost all my live, and at the moment have 5. 1 Quarter, 2 Paints, 1 Haflinger and an Shetland pony. The Quarter, Clips is long retired due to injury's and is 16 years old. My Paintmare QT is 11 now, also retired due to injury (thanks to Clips whom hit her on the hock) she had a foal this year, Dailyn.

The Shetland pony is called Champie. He came here to keep Clips company when QT was away to be bred, and he never wend home. He is 33 years old and was a breeding stallion for 16 years (he is now long time an Gelding, but he still feels he is the big stallion here). He just claimed the mares as his and they let him He is the only one that is allowed to eat from the same hay as Clips. The last one is Zara the Haflinger. I bought a few months ago. She is 3 years old and just started under saddle.

I started my riding career riding English. Jumping and Dressage. In 1994 I switched to western, and been riding western since. Do a lot of groundwork, and work with the method of Warwick Schiller and Clinton Anderson. Most of the time I will only be reading, but wanted to introduce myself anyway.

Greetz Rina.

WELCOME to the Forum Rina...

Loved the introduction to your horse family...
Many of us are caretakers of "equine pet" companions...
For me, mine offer some of the best soul therapy.
Enjoy your time here with the HF family.

Hi all and thanks for the nice welcome. I still have to explore the forum A bit more, but I might make a post about the Haflinger Zara and her progress. Just have to see where to post that

Journals are great for recording progress. If you have questions the related forum is where it would go. Many here love to read the journals and follow along.
