I would like to introduce myself , I’m from Southern California and have a little place in Oak Hills which is in the high desert. I have 3 horses, soon to be 4. The first is Rhadiant Bey aka Rhandie, my Half -Arab mare in foal to Major Mac V , she is due May 17th , I super excited . I also have a black and white Spotted Saddle horse named Lacey and lastly my golden Tennessee Walker mare Tia, who graces my avatar photo. I also have 7 dogs, a German Shepherd, a Chihuahua, 2 Cairn Terriers, a Border Terrier mix, and lastly my adorable Norfolk Terrier. I also have 2 house cats, 2 Barn cats and 2 chickens , last of all I have 3 Nigerian Dwarf goats! I look forward to meeting everyone!

@RHANDIE - I love the photos! I'm not very familiar with the breeds of your horses but they're all gorgeous, especially Tia. Your dogs are very cute and the two Cairns are characters. My mum used to have one and has been talking about getting another. He was a very independent and grumpy little guy.

And last of all this is the sire of my baby due next month, Major Mac V, an Arabian from Varian Arabians.

Welcome! Glad to have another SoCaler!

I’m from Southern California and have a little place in Oak Hills which is in the high desert.
The Oak Hills by the top of Cajon Pass? I drive by there often on my way from Tehachapi to San Bernardino! Loved the pix of all your furbabies.

Looking foward to seeing pix of your soon to be foal! Should be a stunner! I had a half-Arab; she was my heart horse and I lost her in 2016 in a stable accident. She catapulted my horsemanship and involvement in different disciplines - she never met a task that she would not take on 120%. But yet she was great at taking care of kids and beginning riders. Such a great horse. Would love another 1/2 Arab!

Welcome again!

RHANDIE,
Welcome to the forum. I must say, the pictures are beautiful. We have Walkers, a mare and gelding. Tia is absolutely beautiful, as is the rest of you herd, to include, but not limited to dogs, cats, goats and what ever else you have out there.

Again, welcome to the forum...
