Thanx for the reply folks - hours and hours of trails around me too -
400 acres on one side, 300 on the other and 1200 across the road.

THIS is my FRONT yard::

Duh! There's a TOWN named Franklin near you, not Franklin county. I has a stupid!

Lovely place and horses, BTW. I only have 5 acres, so I'm the 'poor relations'!
