The August Internet Adoption is up and there are a ton of good looking horses! I wish I could buy them all! LOL, too much work though, not enough space. xD So, which ones do you like and why?

Here are a couple I loved.

I love her white face that covers one eye but not the other! And her coat color is gorgeous too!

Look at those dapples! I like the buckskin color.

This one is pretty and has some training. Though the part about him needing "corrective hoof care" kind of makes me think I'll have to spend lots of $$ down the road.

And we can't forget the burros! This one has the cutest little face! https://www.blm.gov/adoptahorse/horse.php?horse_id=6873&mygalleryview=

Omg I love mustangs I used to work at a farm where we adopted and trained Mustangs. One of my favorite breed of horses. For some reason this year they aren't coming to my area, in New England, so that is out this year. I really like the first one. I would name him Phantom because it almost lookes like a skull mask on his face like the Phantom of the Opera. And I really like the looks of the second one. She is really rugged and sturdy looking. The last one is on the small size, I don't think he will mature to be very tall or stocky. Most of out mustangs were on the smaller side. Ranging from 14-15 hands. We had one, Tonka, he was about 15.3 and he was super stocky and huge, but he was the easiest to train. We were riding him in about three weeks. He was the one my boss got to train for the extreme mustang challenge.

I like how brave this little guy is. Nice color and built too, IF his front legs aren't wonky- which they may be. Pictures are fuzzy. He is interested, curious, and pleasant looking in every picture though.

Has anyone else noticed that ALL of the Palomino Creek Valley horses have gigantic heads and pencil necks? There is no doubt what runs in those genes! lol.

I need another unbroke horse like I need a hole in the head. lol If I were to get a second horse, it'd be something big enough and broke enough that my 6', 240lbs non-horsey boyfriend could ride.

I can dream, though.

That first buckskin mare I posted reminds me of Muppet, the BLM mustang mare that just foaled out at our barn, minus Muppet's gimpy leg.
