What to do with brie cheese?

I have 450g of brie cheese (about 1lb) that I got from work. What should I do with it? I know some people bake with it - but how? what temp? how long? I have some fruit (apples, blueberries, mixed berries, and strawberry jam), Ritz crackers, and... well not sure what else you would eat with brie.

Help, I'm really hungry right now!!

"drool" -- OH I'M HUNGRY!!! I love Brie and Camembert too. I'd eat the 450 grams in less than a week, just putting it on bagels in the morning. Mmmmm. Not to mention, in the evening, with a glass of wine and crackers.... oh, I'm so envious.

There is a really good recipe for baked garlic and brie -- you might want to do an Internet search on that. I've had it once and it was to die for.

Slice the cheese. Take some sliced roast beef and put it on french bread sliced lengthwise. Put the cheese on top of that. Put that under the broiler until the cheese is melted. It tastes especially good if you dip the sandwiches in beef broth. It's yummy!

MMmm... I LOVE baked brie!!!

1. Slice it in half horizontally
2. On the bottom half spread some raspberry jam and sprinkle toasted almonds (almonds aren't necessary but definitely better, they must be toasted though!).
2. Put the top half back on (like a sandwich)
3. Wrap up the entire thing in a puff pastry or phyllo dough.
4. Bake at 350 until the breading is golden (about 20 min)

YUM.
